Individual therapy is an investment in yourself. It’s an opportunity to build self-awareness, develop healthier coping tools, strengthen relationships, and move through life with greater clarity and confidence. You don’t have to navigate it alone sometimes growth simply requires the right space and someone to walk alongside you.

Couples
Therapy

I work with couples who want to strengthen their connection, improve communication, and better understand one another. Relationships can be deeply meaningful but they can also bring up old patterns, unmet needs, and moments of disconnection. My role is to create a safe, neutral space where both partners feel heard and supported.
